The Pride O’ Kilkenny is an extremely fun piece written by contemporary local San Diego composer and Guitarist Mike Nelson. Mike Nelson formerly taught the Bassett Bros. during the transitional period from Heavy Metal to Classical Guitar. The piece itself recalls the style of an Irish folk piece with some classical influence. The Bassett Bros. have arranged this piece for two guitars.
